We are living in an extraordinarily stressful times and at the same time research shows that anxiety, depression and alienation are skyrocketing. The impact touches almost all facets of our lives and can leave us with many questions and have a huge effect on our minds, bodies and daily functioning. I draw from a wide range of modalities but am trained and have tailored my practice to focus on “overcontrol” which at it’s core can be described as hyper-perfectionism or “having too much of a good thing”.
